The Firm, Valuation and Investment Associates, was originally established in 1985 as Valuers and Housing Developers with Registration No. 27333.  It was re-named Valuation and Investment Associates in 1988 to place more emphasis on the valuation and advisory roles played by the firm in investment appraisals relating to land, buildings, plant and machinery and vehicles.  It has been approved as private consultancy firm and training office by the Ghana Institution of Surveyors.  The Firm is small enough to provide the attention to detail demanded by our clients.
